_we cannot cater to gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, alcohol-free, or other specific diet

_due to the course's nature, we cannot alter dishes to cater specific allergies

_due to popular demand and the price of ingredients, there is a deposit of €30 per person. Please respect our whole week of preparation work and only make cancellation at least 2 days in advance to phklgclpc@gmail.com, then deposits will be refunded after deducting €1 cancellation fee per person.

_please be on time as we will start our courses in a timely manner

_kindly refrain from taking perfume or smoking prior to or during the course

_do not bring children under age of 12 unless they do not disburb other guests with noise. Otherwise, it is only possible if the entire 8 seats are reserved by one party.
